personal information when you use our rider app, driver app, backend services,
customer support tools, and related products.
Information we collect
- Account information such as your name, email address, phone number, password hash, profile details, and account status.
- Location information, including precise or approximate device location, pickup and dropoff locations, route progress, and trip-related location history when location services are enabled and you are using the app.
- Ride and dispatch information such as trip requests, assigned drivers or riders, stops, timestamps, ratings, support messages, and cancellation details.
- Device, app, and diagnostic information such as device model, operating system, app version, IP address, push tokens, crash logs, and usage logs.
- Payment and payout information needed to process transactions. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
How we collect and use location data
- We collect location data to show your current position on the map, match riders with nearby drivers, support pickup and dropoff workflows, provide navigation, calculate trip distance and route progress, and improve safety.
- For drivers, location data may be used to determine availability, dispatch nearby ride offers, confirm arrival at pickup and dropoff points, and create trip records.
- For riders, location data may be used to set pickup points, estimate arrival times, track a trip in progress, and provide support for safety or service issues.
- Location access can be disabled in your device settings, but some app features may stop working correctly if you do so.
How we use information
- Provide ride booking, dispatch, navigation, trip completion, payment, payout, safety, fraud prevention, and customer support services.
- Send service messages, verification codes, receipts, operational updates, and important account notices.
- Monitor reliability, fix bugs, investigate abuse, enforce our terms, and improve our products and operations.
How we share information
- With riders and drivers as needed to complete trips, including names, vehicle details, live trip status, and pickup or dropoff information.
- With service providers that support authentication, hosting, mapping, notifications, analytics, payment processing, payouts, fraud prevention, and customer support.
- With regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other parties when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the public, or our rights.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our
services, maintain business and safety records, comply with legal, tax, accounting,
and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention
periods may vary depending on the type of data and the purpose for which it was collected.

- Request deletion of your account and associated data using

- Disable location permissions in device settings, though ride booking, dispatch, navigation, and trip tracking features may be limited or unavailable.

Children
Our services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly
collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to help
protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or method
of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
